Around a table with loads of good conversation and great food. Think cheese and charcuterie platters, flaky beef
or chicken & leek pot pies or a creamy mushroom soup.
How:
Some super tasty Pinot Noir grapes were fermented and racked a couple of times to extract colour and soft, juicy
tannins. Gentle pressing and malolactic fermentation were followed by three months on high quality oak.
