- This wine showcases rich, concentrated aromas of plum and Morello cherry. It is full-bodied and beautifully balanced with a textured palate that lingers into a long-lasting finish, creating a truly memorable and delightful tasting experience.
Fermentation and maceration took place in stainless steel tanks for 15 to 30 days to retain the purity of the fruit. Once fermentation was complete, the wine was matured for 10 to 12 months in second—and third-fill French oak barriques.

Winery | The 25 hectares of vineyard are managed in the belief that by allowing the vines and soil to reach their balance, it is possible to obtain the best fruit with the minimum intervention. The "Historical" vineyard is located in Barile, a beautiful old six-hectare vineyard where the vines are grown on traditional "capanno", with fruit and olive trees. Situated at 500 meters above sea level, the vines are planted at a density of 5,000 vines per hectare and are trained according to the Guyot method. The soils, which are volcanic, tuff stone, and clayey, enrich the wines with the unmistakable characteristics of freshness and minerality. The harvest is performed exclusively by hand, with each grape picked at optimum maturity. |
