Lebanese Red

A great climate has helped Lebanon to create some of the most underrated red wines in the south-eastern Mediterranean and is extremely well thought of among wine experts. The Bekaa Valley, home to the Cabernet Sauvignon grape, could almost be like the eighth wonder of the world, producing wine which intrigues. The Chateau Ksara Cabernet Sauvignon expertly combines flavours of blackcurrants and liquorice to produce a wine that works brilliantly if you are planning a steak night, served with a rich peppercorn sauce. Deliciously fruity with subtle, spicy overtones and texture like velvet, Lebanese red is certainly worth the wait.
