The spiciness and peppery notes of this wine is remarkable - nuances of freshly ground white pepper, cumin, thyme - and the pronounced fruit of pink grapefruit, green apple and lime. Archetypical Veltliner from loess soils that displays crystal-clear structure over a delicate tartness and lively freshness. A wine to enjoy again and again.

Serving suggestion

Grüner Veltliner from loess soils are the all-rounder among the white wines. From cold and warm appetisers, salads and seafood that harmonise with the fine salt seasoning of the wine, to spaghetti carbonara with fresh herbal sauce, which complements the spice of the wine. White meat accompanies this expression of Grüner Veltliner perfectly and it also tastes great by itself.

Winery Türk

The essential steps in making the best wine is to accompany the natural growth cycle and healthy development of the grapes, to achieve perfect ripeness. We do this with an inherent respect for nature and to let everything take its course with as little intervention as possible. We give all our wines the time they need for perfect maturity and their full taste.
