agriculture methods, reducing the use of chemicals in order to respect the land and
its environment. The soils in the vineyard have a high limestone content, retaining
moisture in dry weather, but also offering good drainage in cooler weather.
Whole bunches were carefully selected and then softly pressed, followed by a static
settling of the must prior to fermentation. The wine was aged in oak barrels, 30% of
which were new oak for a period of 13 months.
Great typicity showing a pure mineral core complemented by hazelnuts and
brioche, classic and elegant.
A delicious accompaniment to shellfish, especially lobster and scallops.
