The Corbières region is situated to the south and west of Narbonne, in the south of France. The vineyard soils are made up of Miocene stones. Winemaking
The grapes were picked and vinified parcel by parcel. Each parcel underwent a carbonic maceration lasting between 12 and 15 days. The fermentation process was closely monitored to ensure the correct density of the must. Once the malolactic fermentation was complete, the wines were blended and then aged in oak barrels for a period of eight months. Tasting Note
