In 2019, long-time friends Constance and Maggie reunited in Paris. Maggie, then Director of the Michelin Guide and pregnant with twins, and Constance, flourishing in her international modelling career, shared a desire for sophisticated alcohol-free options during social occasions. Realising how limited the market was, they created French Bloom – a premium, female-founded brand offering refined, celebratory sparkling wines without alcohol. Their mission: to give everyone an elegant alternative that enhances life’s most precious shared moments.
Vineyard: A Sparkling Wine Rooted in Historic French Terroir
Limoux, Southern France
The cuvée originates from the celebrated terroir of Limoux, nestled in the eastern foothills of the Pyrénées. Known as the birthplace of sparkling wine since 1544, Limoux benefits from an oceanic climate shaped by the Atlantic, offering:

The cuvée is created through a meticulous blend of de-alcoholised organic Chardonnay and natural ingredients, including fresh lemon. Fermentation begins traditionally in oak barrels, building depth and roundness.
