Tasting Notes: Refined Citrus, Stone Fruit & Minerality
Balanced, textured, and exceptionally fresh
This elegant Campania white wine opens with lifted aromas of lime blossom, chamomile, and white flowers. The palate reveals layers of white peach, candied orange peel, and a vibrant citrus backbone. Textured and dry, it finishes with a pronounced mineral streak and a hint of spice that lingers delicately. A well-structured wine that shines both as an aperitif and with a wide range of dishes.

| Winery | The beautiful Feudi di San Gregorio vineyards are spread out over lush and gentle hills in Sorbo Serpico, about an hour from Naples and Mount Vesuvius. The soils are uniquely volcanic, sandstone and marl. Each vineyard is closely monitored with a meteorological station, and the technologies of the new state-of-the-art wine cellar ensure that each vintage comes as close to perfection as possible. With the sustainable Equalitas certification, the vineyards are cultivated using ecological practices to maintain the equilibrium of the environment. Soil and fertiliser management strategies are employed, pesticides are not used, biodiversity is positively encouraged, and weeding does not occur between the rows of vines. |
