Sparkling Wines

You might be asking yourself, “What’s the Difference between Sparkling Wine & Champagne?” Well, the short answer is that sparkling wine can only ever be called Champagne if it's produced in the Champagne region of France. In addition to this, champagne can only be made using Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.

Remember - All Champagne is sparkling wine, but not all sparkling wine is Champagne.

Now, this doesn’t mean that anything that isn’t Champagne is of lesser quality. Quite the contrary. We have a wide range of sparkling wines that are perfect for every occasion. A favourite of ours is the slightly pink Larry Cherbunino, The Riddler from Western Australia.
