The first release from Champagne Armand de Brignac, the Brut Gold remains the most iconic cuvée in the range. Rich with the old-world tradition of champagne blending, it is a

trio of vintages from some of the most lauded terroirs of the region, resulting in a cuvée expressing vibrant and fresh fruit character with a soft texture.

The prestige cuvées of Champagne Armand de Brignac are crafted by the Cattier family, 13thCentury Champagne growers, in the village of Rilly-la-Montagne in the Montagne de Reims. Led
today by patriarch, Jean-Jacques and his son, Alexandre, the Cattiers have owned and cultivatedfamily vineyards since 1763. Drawing on more than 250 years experience in the region, it was
their goal to attain a level of quality they had never achieved before. Aiming to break conventions,the Cattiers introduced these prestige Armand de Brignac Champagnes, in the now iconic metalizedbottles with French pewter labels.
To this end, Armand de Brignac was born in 2006Since 2014, under new ownership, exceptional attention to every detail and long term outlook hasbeen determined to produce the finest of all Champagnes. Only the finest grapes from premier andGrand Cru vineyards are used with sites in Avize, Verzenay, Bouzy, Rilly-la-Montagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes. Only the first and finest portion of the pressing is used to ensure the highestpossible quality. Each step of the process, from vineyard to disgorgement is handled by only 18
people. Without volume constraints, no level of detail is undervalued.
A trio of vintages Each Armand de Brignac cuvee is a blend of three specific vintages. This trio multi-vintage approach, a signature of Armand de Brignac, creates a wine with greater complexity, richness, consistency and nuances of aromas than a comparable single vintage wine. Once complete, the bottles are aged in the Cattier family’s historic cellars, which are amongst the deepest in
Champagne at almost 100 feet below ground, allowing for the most stable temperature needed for aging.
Gold Brut. The nose is full of flavours and rich with notes of white flowers and crème patissière.
However, the palate is crisp, fresh and delicate with a lovely creamy texture.
It is elegant, refined and very stylish. It’s a pleasant combination of power and concentration blended with finesse and elegance.

A Bright and Expressive Trio of Vintages with Layers of Complexity

range. Rich with the old world traditions of champagne blending, it is a trio of vintages from
some of the most lauded terroirs in the region, resulting in a prestige cuvée that expresses
vibrant fresh fruit character, and layers of complexity.

The Cattier family is based in the Montagne de Reims and own 33 hectares of vines across some of the most lauded crus in Champagne, including the villages of Rilly-la-Montagne, Chigny-les-Roses and Ludes.

The fruit selection is guided by the intimate knowledge the Cattier family have of the tapestry of vineyards in Champagne, after working the land for more than 250 years.Only including the very first and freshest portion of the cuvée press, in order to produce the very best champagnes possible, is a winemaking signature of Armand de Brignac. This intense selectivity and meticulous attention to detail ensures the juice abounds with vibrant fruit character, soft texture and balanced acidity.

Each bottle of Champagne Armand de Brignac is finished with a unique dosage, which comprises the finest base wine of the harvest, aged for one year in new French Oak. This winemaking touch provides subtle complexity to the finished cuvées, introducing hints of baked pastry, vanilla and toastiness.
