Ventisquero Enclave...

This is a concentrated and well-structured wine with firm yet silky smooth tannins. Persistent in the finish. This blend has layers of flavours. The firm tannins of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot intermingle with the softness and complexity of the Carménère and the elegance of the Cabernet Franc.

Ventisquero Grey Sauvignon...

Green yellow. Citrus aromas, mixed with notes of green pepper.Fresh and of great volume, it is a wine structured on the palate and with a high acidity that delivers tension with a minerality in the mouth, giving a clean and persistent nish where light saltiness is felt, making this a wine with high complexity in mouth.

It is recommended to drink at a T ° between 7-8°C. Ideal to accompany oysters, sea urchins, and fresh seafood in general. Also cebiches, sh and white meats.

Ventisquero Pangea 2014

Pangea  is  an  intense  dark  colour.  The  nose  features  delicious, complex aromas which fully reflect a Syrah from the Apalta Valley, with notes of black fruit, like blueberries, harmoniously intermingled with spices like black pepper, mineral notes, like graphite, which are very typical of this terroir, which has granitic soils with high levels of quartz. A wine of ripe, firm tannins, great structure and acidity, this wine  is  at  its  best  if  decanted  before  serving.  This  wine  has  an  exceptional combination of concentration, flavours and aromas.

Ventisquero Vertice 2015

Deep red with violet hues. The nose reveals black fruit, such as blackberries, intermingled with gentle spices, such as black pepper, damp earth, notes of native forest and a hint of graphite. This wine has a firm structure and silky tannins. Its black fruit and spicy flavours, together with medium to high acidity lend it balance in the mouth and persistence in the finish.
