Austrian White

A country known among many for “The Sound of Music”, Austria also, proudly hits the right notes when it comes to the world-class white wine that it produces. It is one of the best white wines to serve with most Mediterranean influenced dishes, especially seafood, with its typically floral finish contributing to a flavour that has a unique taste rhythm of its own. Whether it is the seductive flavour of pineapple and pepper which is used to make the Gruner Veltliner, or the apricot flavours of Riesling which is great with most meals, Austrian white wine weaves its magic and delights with each mouthful.

Unico Zelo Esoterico Orange...

This was one of the most enjoyable wines to craft, as there was no preconceived idea of what it must taste like - the chief driver was drinkability. We searched for a wine that gave you the thirst - a 'scrumptious' quality - mouthwatering acidity and 'say hello!' tannins. It's a Bohemian at heart.

Woodlands Wilyabrup...

The colour of this wine is a bright intense gold. Still a touch closed, the nose is dense and brooding – with a complex of nectarine, peach, pear, and toasty French oak. The palate shows the classic Chardonnay characters of nectarine and white peach. Very dense, powerful, and pristine, this wine has a long life ahead of it.
