This has evolved nicely, with alluring coffee and cocoa flavors melding into the core of crushed plum, fig sauce and melted liquorice. The long, fleshy finish lets mature tobacco and black tea notes slide in.

It is a very expressive wine, intense and complex that reminds us of red berries, liquorice, inky and dusty, resembling a Bordeaux style. On the palate it is rich, full bodied, deep with a fine structure and a long lingering finish.
