Chile is world renowned for producing wines of exceptional quality without a hefty price tag. Due to its 2,700-mile coastline, Chile produces wines that are both fruity and herbaceous which reminds one of the classic French wines. In fact, winemakers from the Bordeaux region have heavily invested in the South American country, making Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon a household favourite.

Ventisquero Grey Cabernet...

With a characteristic fruitiness characteristic of Maipo costa, red fruits such as fruitllas, raspberries and cassis are mixed with aromas of black pepper, some moist soil and tobacco. Of elegant and smooth body, of balanced structure, good acidity that increases the complexity. Tannins present and soft at the same time, ending with a prolonged end-of-mouth sensation.

Ventisquero Pangea 2014

Pangea  is  an  intense  dark  colour.  The  nose  features  delicious, complex aromas which fully reflect a Syrah from the Apalta Valley, with notes of black fruit, like blueberries, harmoniously intermingled with spices like black pepper, mineral notes, like graphite, which are very typical of this terroir, which has granitic soils with high levels of quartz. A wine of ripe, firm tannins, great structure and acidity, this wine  is  at  its  best  if  decanted  before  serving.  This  wine  has  an  exceptional combination of concentration, flavours and aromas.

Ventisquero Vertice 2015

Deep red with violet hues. The nose reveals black fruit, such as blackberries, intermingled with gentle spices, such as black pepper, damp earth, notes of native forest and a hint of graphite. This wine has a firm structure and silky tannins. Its black fruit and spicy flavours, together with medium to high acidity lend it balance in the mouth and persistence in the finish.

Colour: Deep ruby with violet hues.

Nose: The nose initially reveals black and red berries, such as murtillas, blueberries, black plums and raspberries.

Palate: The mouth provides juicy black fruit flavours and balanced acidity, together with soft, well-rounded tannins over soft French oak.

Serving Suggestion: Best served at between 14°C and 15°C. This wine is excellent with oily fish, pasta, soup and cheese.
