Laurent Perrier La Cuvée...

La Cuvée has a light, floral and elegantly fruity style, which shows citrusy grapefruit and orange blossom notes; this is in part due to the very high percentage of Chardonnay in the blend. Recently reworked, with a slightly lower dosage, the blend is 55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier. About 30% of the blend is made up of reserve wines and the wine is aged for a minimum of four years prior to release.
